Took My Money & Didn't Deliver

I signed a contract (should be a binding agreement) with this company for them to publish my book. They incentivized me to pay in full and I believe they knew then that they had no intention to complete the project and this was their way of swindling me out of the rest of my money. Leesa McGill & David Wright strung me along for almost a year, promising they would complete the project and they never did. Now, when I try to contact them, they ignore me and I am unable to get anyone on the phone.
