Breached a Book Publishing Contract by false Advertuising to be a Traditional Book Publishing Company

Dear complaint,

My name is Minister Herbert and I'm an aspiring author born and raised in Hartford, Connecticut. The nature towards this e-mail concerns a great matter as well as others. Publish America; a publishing company out of Frederick, Maryland is promoting false advertisement as a traditional publishing company and running a print on demand scam. Many authors around the world have been heavy effected by this illegitimate manner of publish America. I myself were invited to the African American Book Festival by Howard University last year in Washington D. C; a prestige event that can only elevate your writing career to high standards of awards. Publish America would not sale the books to Howard University at the standard discount price for book stores and instead the publishing company attempted to sale Howard University the books at 5% discount which is the most outrageous percentage that anyone ever heard of.

Publish America is known around the industry as a scamming publishing house who promise to promote authors and place their books in the book stores under the signed contract agreement. But instead author signed under Publish America contracts never get their books into the book stores. Publish America uses their author as mills making their money from authors purchasing their own books which are very high priced. What I'm seeking is Justice for all and not just for myself, this company has embarrassed many and place so many others lives on hold through a criminal activity.
