Ordered Book Not Received Even After Payment Was Taken

I ordered a book, "The Journey Within: Exploring the Path of Bhakti" by Radhanath Swami.
The price of the book ($15.28) has been deducted by B&N from my account on May 05. I have not received the book till now, nor any update of dispatch from B&N. This is quite embarrassing.

Please look into the matter & do the needful
