Called the city of miami. Pressed ONE for english. Woman answered the phone. Asked a simple question. Repeated the question three times. She responded in garbled english, and requested that I called back and PRESS ONE for english! So, I politely called back. Pressed ONE again. Another woman anwered telephone. I asked the same question. Repeated it twice. She responded in broken english, then hung up the phone. The service at the City is completely unacceptable and lacks professionalism. The standards are poor. The staff is poorly informed about the information. When I called Broward, question was answered in a timely manner and english was clear and concise.
