Dennis Chen to represent them. Mr. Chen got the event ignored following the tenants moved out. Today he's battling me for his costs that are crazy. 80 hours on an eviction case. That looks only a little farfetched. After joining a reading about the lawyer fees, the judge granted him the fees, although not at 80 hours just 8 hours. I'm still in a reduction regarding how I'm prone to pay costs for a lawyer that used to do not employ to get a situation which was clearely ignored. I am sure my ex-tenant had no purpose of spending his lawyer costs the same as they'd no purpose of spending their lease. I'm currently out rental fees-not to say the near to $10,000.00 in repairs I'd to create towards the house upon the tenant vacating and today I to possess to pay for their lawyer costs also!
