How long do I have to wait

I've been waiting since 3pm Friday (June 3) for a prescription. I understand that it had to be ordered and it wouldn't get here until Monday. But I never got a phone call informing me of this little detail. I wasted a trip all the way across town for them to tell me. I called at 2pm today and I still haven't heard anything. Pharmacist I spoke with said they got my medication in, so why am I still waiting?
