Wrongful withholding of my money and personal documents, Verbal abuse and unproffessionalism

I contacted this office on 10/12/10 to assist me with the drafting of an uncontested divorce papers. I met with Attorney James Usher and Carol Lawrence. After explaining my situation to James Usher and he explained the divorce process, I made a partial payment of $375. I gave them some of my personal documents that would enable them in completing this documents for me. I returned a week later (10/19/10) to turn in the remaining financial affidavit to Carol Lawrence. I asked her what was the next step and when will my documents be ready. She said the following week. On 10/26/10 i called their office to check on the status of my transaction with them and to my disbelief, they wouldn't even answer their phone. I called all day fearing the worst. I decided to go to their office. I told Carol that she left out a very important part of the whole process when i asked what was the next step. To my disappointment, i got their office and my documents was not ready. James Usher became verbal abusive to me using the A and B words in profanities that he spit out to me. I said to him if you would not do business with me please kindly return my payment of $375 and my personal documents. And he said, "i would do no such thing get your (A word) out of my office or you are going to jail. Also, he said sue me and bite me. What bite me means eludes me. I was very shocked by this professionalism and i begin to wonder what has the Legal Profession turned into. Are Lawyers now hooligans because of our declining economy.

I am looking forward to the return of my money and personal documents with an apology from attorney james usher and carol lawrence for their insults, unprofessionalism, and rude behavior.
