My attorney said NO! A 4 yr re-payment plan! This is NOT a legal document and is poorly written at that.
I never got the name of the person for the grant so they said NO!

I am left with no other options at this time. I do not believe you have any intent to return my funds, I think you are now just stalling for time to make a quick exit so I will do what I have to do to stop this now.

There is no slander, I stated what I know to be true... You spread empty promises... I gave you 30,000.00 you misused my money and you refuse to repay me the 30,000.00 as a lump sum you promised in Henderson at the summit. I still have the recording.
How can I retract something that has not occurred to date? A paid up debt in full carries no claim. I am not paid up.
