Loan Mod/Mortgage Scam

I reside in Illinois and settled $3500 for this california-based company to follow a mortgage/loan mod with Bank of America. I cooperated completely but was refused a mod from the lender. Pursuant to the agreement, Prozinski & Assoc. Obviously owes me a complete refund. I notifed them of the refusal, equipped them a duplicate of the notice and required my reimbursement on or around 12/1. I had been informed by Prozinski & Assoc. They could be delivering a notice in my experience by 1/3/10 re my reimbursement. No notice. I have named and sent them many times since. No reply. Knowing on the internet, they're a fraud and people are confirming this company towards the California State Bar and also the Attorneygeneral's Workplace, BBB, etc. The initial handle I'd was 101 Pacifica Suite 150 Irvine CA 92618, but I also visit a SanDiego tackle on document as 3030 Suncrest Dr. Unit 106. Don't conduct business with this particular company. I'm informing Mastercard and seeking a cost change today, 1/22/10.
