Loan Modification Scam

Like everyone else, I paid my thousands of dollars, confident that an attorney would back up her guarantee. My journey with Prozinski began in April. At the time, they had a good rating with the BBB and the State Bar. They did not provide any of the services promised and when a refund was requested, I received the letter stating they were very sorry that they would not be able to honor the refund policy because she had to shut down her practice.

A hard lesson learned. Do not do business with them.
