I have had dealings with this company from day one. They bought my mortgage a couple years ago. They would not pay an incrance claim for 6 months after flood. I was sued by my contractor and the people i rented from as well. They have kept thousands of dollars of my incurence money on a home owners policy i pay for. I worked out a modification package and they claim never to of gotten it. I cant talk to anybody ever and the few times i have nobody ever helps.

I went thru a divorce lost my buisness and want to claim bankruptcy but dont have the money for lawyer. They accepted a modification payment last month. When i wester unioned it and this month it was refused. What now? I cant get any answers it is a nightmare. I heard tell of a class action suite but it was dropped. It seems homecomings has lots of our money for lawyers but no money for educated staff in their company. Somebody has to help us all. What do others do?

I have contacted the bbb and my attorney genrel to no avail. It cant go on forever they must be stopped. I have owned my home for 11 years and have equidy but cant get help. My credit is poor but my fight is strong. If anybody is willing to help i will do what ever it takes. There has to be some mistake made legely by them by now or are the laws of our country that screwed up.

My payment has gone from791 to 1700 on a 100000 dollar mortgage why do they want our homes so much? Is it becauce they are making such a profit? I have paid them 27000 in the last two years wow. Somebody help me i need information in the worst way
