Will not refund money they took

Begin a deal together in March. They got my cash and than did nothing. Numerous calls for them repeatedly again. Presently there range is altered. I've not yet received a refund. But still trying. They created a guarantee to assist me get my interest along. I've all of the paperwork. I've quit communications emails to no avail. I have to understand how I will consider this more. I'm out $2000.00
