Knowledgeable and presented timelines for case BUT once retainer paid work went undone. Full of excuses, and likes to "go off" on clients for just coming into the office to check status because days would go by without an update. Was told office was closed. Terminated after empty promises at 6 weeks. Kept most of retainer on inflamed itemized statement. Reported to ARDC!
