Over charged fees and terrible customer service!

This is Garbage! Been with Waste Management (WM) for years and years... About 20. I payed by auto-out. I should have done a better job of monitoring them. Last year I ended up paying them over $600. I was billed at different times from $50 to $108. I called them today to inquire what was happening. They said they did not charge me for the month I switched over to automatic pay therefore they were charging me late charges and for canceling and re-in-stating my service (I was not aware). Yes, they were taking out money (over $600) during the last year. The lady in Phoenix was so rude, I was thinking she sounds like the customer and I'm in management. Lol (I know this is hard to believe, for those that know me... But I was polite). The lady was plain rude. She said WM called me, but they certainly never left a message. One assumes, that if a company keeps taking money out of your account, all is O.K..
Dropped WM and switched to Waste Disposal AZ (WD) for $18.00 a month for same service (even on same days).
