LegalZoom.com - LLC Express Gold, Unable to fulfill agreement, Charged 3.5X normal package fee but takes as long as normal package - LLC Express Gold Package

I used LegalZoom's services to setup an LLC and paid for the Express Gold package (which includes expedited state processing) as advertised to be completed within ten business days. It takes longer than 10 business days. When I called to query, they said it takes about 25 days (just as long as the normal service offering) in some states such as CA. They refused to compensate for the delay when I called. This is very misleading and disappointing, this delay was not mentioned on the confirmation order. I would not recommend LegalZoom's service to anyone I know. They do not deliver as they advertised.
