Legalzoom - Unable to fulfill agreement, waste of money and time - Gold Package

I retained Legalzoom's services to setup an LLC and paid for the Express Gold Package which they advertised as an approximate 10 day process. It took over a month. I had 3 calls in one week from different customer service representatives asking the exact same question. Every time I called customer service it was like no one knew what the other person in the company had said or done. I had no one offer me any kind of compensation or refund given how far off they were from their promise on timing. This was very disappointing and would never use them again for anything.in fact, I will go out of my way to suggest avoiding their services to friends/family/colleagues. What a waste of money...
