2/8 - I ordered merchandise from their website.

2/10 - Our charge card was billed for that product.

2/18 - I delivered an email to "Jennifer" requesting purchase position, since I have had nevertheless to get a delivery notice.

2/21 - Rec'd an answer stating the things were backordered until March.

3/11 - Delivered follow-up email requesting standing.

3/15 - Rec'd reaction stating products could be accessible "in 2-3 weeks".

4/1 - I sent another e-mail inquiring about delivery status.

4/2 - Rec'd an e-mail back saying one item will "ship this week" and the other is backordered; I requested a refund on the backordered item.

4/8 - I sent another e-mail inquiring as to why I still hadn't received the merchandise that was supposed to "ship this week" nearly a week ago. Soon after delivering this email the order standing on the site confirmed them to be "DELIVERED:

4/20 - Delivered email asking about my impending reimbursement and also the shipping position of them which was allegedly "shipped" to my house.

4/22 - Rec'd email back stating them that "delivered" has gone out of inventory. At this time I realized I was never likely to obtain what I requested, and there is a great opportunity I Will never visit a return.

I Have delivered following emails, remaining messages on the phony 800-number that no body checks, and also have yet to get a reason or perhaps a return.
