Terrible customer support. One of the worse actually. And even though it is published, it exhibits it was constructed by somebody who has no company history.
14-day return policy is forced just like a policeman. Therefore the product does take time to reach. And thus after 10 times of getting it, it was decided them wasn't what I needed. I needed to come back it. Unopened.
I had been told the return period has passed. And that I told them you can cost me a restocking charge and provide me store credit. I had been refused.
So that they might have shed no cash. I'd have delivered like a client. Plus they refused that?
Horrible.
So that they dropped me like a client. And that I am writing this review. And that I am informing as many folks as you are able to about my knowledge.
I'm unsure just how much I'd invest therein the following year. I liked the website, therefore perhaps $300. And due to their return policy, they lose out.
And imagine if perhaps 10 individuals think what I actually do? That is $3000. And when they keep achieving this, they're simply dropping income each day.
