I can't get them to stop sending me emails

So that they promote this website as free on Television and that I get take a look. NOT free, however it gets worse. I join on the "test" foundation and purchase the trial period. As an idiot I provide them with my bank card data to pay for since thats the "only" method they take payment. Test ends and that I can't-get the a-openings to prevent getting cash, and so I cut-up the bank card and obtain a brand new one. Then I can not encourage them to quit giving me emails and so I jeopardize them with authorized and police activity. They dismiss it and do not actually react. I simply arrived home again to "3 more 57-year old pets considered your website". The way the heck would you make sure they are disappear!!??
