Our February 16th purchase never came and so I sent customer support twice before ultimately calling on January 28th. I had been informed with a somewhat curt and never useful person who my purchase had been prepared and might appear no later than March 4th. It's nevertheless not appeared. No body replies the telephone with no one reacts to emails. I've been billed $173.00 for item used to do not get.
