They advertised to bid and in order for you to pay once you win the bid, you must submit a credit card number which I did. After about 20 bids, I quit for the night because it got harder and harder to bid. Every 20 seconds it would change to I got suspicious. This was 11/21/10 and the next day, I check my bank like I do daily and there it was $149.99 and I could not believe that. I never authorized that. Anyway, from November 22 to the present February 3 I have NOT received any refund but I have been promised to receive it every single time from each of the reps. I have explicit notes of who I spoke with, the time, the name and ID number they so willfully provide for you. I do have an email from a Misty in December stating that it will take 2-4 business to receive my refund. NOT, cause it still ain't here. What do we do? I wonder if I can use that email and submit it to my bank for a refund and let the bank go after them?
