Bogus "collection agency" —FILE A COMPLAINT ALSO DONOTCALL. Gov

File a complaint also at donotcall. Gov — file a separate instance for every single phone call they make to you. This should shut them down!

They also go under the buisness name of "First Contact" when you call them back at (480) 782-7000 or (800) 833-5313

They first called my cell phone number and used my old married name from 15 years ago, and did recite my Social Security number (spooky). Of course, I pretended I was a friend of hers and just got their contact info. I had "her" call them back from a phone booth.

They refused tom mail me their demand (gotta keep postal out of this, don't they) and got them to fax their request to "my friend's" fax line. The supposed debt was about 15 years old and definitely settled back then, but how they prey on your bad memory! When they called my fax line and cell phone several more times I finally answered and told them "this is not her phone number" and they promised to stop calling. They did stop.
