No reaction to lots of emails possibly from LivingSocial or Pulchra

Delivered them 99 quid to get a group of stacking pine platforms from Pulchra Rooms. Platforms haven't been shipped and cash hasbeen obtained from my bill. No reaction to lots of emails possibly from LivingSocial or Pulchra. Why-don't the regulators consider these criminals along?
