Horrible customer service

I requested $1,500 value of toilet items out of this organization. It got them almost per month to accomplish the purchase and also the purchase just was finished after I followed-up many times. They delivered one incorrect tap and about the evening the Plumber came, I'd to locate a provider who'd one in-stock so the function might be finished. After I informed Decorglamour of the delivery mistake and informed them that I'd be returning the tap they delivered, they alternatively delivered me an upgraded tap three times later and stated they had today satisfied my purchase. After I advised them this was too late, that I'd settled additional to obtain the best tap from the nearby provider they explained I had been incorrect.

It's now been 3 months since I have delivered the incorrect tap they delivered plus they have yet to credit me what's due. I've followed-up many times and maintain obtaining the run-around. Dorian within the customer support division is unresponsive, impolite and makes no apologies for almost any mistakes that Decoration Allure makes.

Spend a bit more and proceed elsewhere, you will be happier within the long term.
