I am having difficulties with Doteasy declining release a my domainname for move to a different registrar and sponsor. I recorded in and got the agreement rule & started a of my site before it ended. I acquired a notice in the new registrar the move was effective, adopted a couple of minutes later with a message stating the move failed as a result of lock position. I messaged Doteasy concerning the site lock, however they didn't respond until after my site expired. I obviously examined the lock standing of my site after I was obtaining the agreement rule also it confirmed to become revealed. Following the move failed I examined again also it confirmed to become secured. Doteasy will not uncover it today until I spend their "site launch charge" that will be exactly the same money amount as reviving and hosting for another year. I have previously taken care of another registrar & sponsor, nor wish to accomplish business with Doteasy any more. Recurring messages to aid & a telephone call have didn't solve this problem.
