Ripoff took my information and i actiavted card but didnt electronically sign

I had gotten a letter in the mail from ccs first national, saying i was approved for $6500 in credit, to activate call up and i didnt have to pay any fee at all only after the first month.
I called up and activated it but didnt sign the electronic signature which is required but they still have my info, then they said since i did something which i forgot what i did they said we have increased your credit line to $8000.
They have my info and i honestly dont remember applying for this card either but i might have i dont really know. I would like to file a report against these people, they have my info and i want them stopped immediately.
