Fraudulently misrepresented their company

On August 25, I had been approached to get involved with Financial Independence Corp. With a Mr. Mike Reynolds. He mentioned he was no a worker, so he'd no vested interest within the organization - he was merely providing me an excellent chance to earn money. He explained there is a brand new plan from Sept and that I might simply create it over time to obtain in onto it. There have been many methods to earn money & I ought to obtain my original expense of $10,000 inside a couple of months. After talking to Mr. Reynolds, I had been approached by Marty on Sept. 9, who had been to become my Advertising Mentor. I had been to get 10,000 brings each month and that I did not have to do something except examine my backpage for my profits.in March, I obtained 2 inspections for $50 each for vendor accounts. Then I had been informed anything slowed up for that vacations also it might get following the 1st of the entire year. I'd many records these were focusing on. Nov. 15 I talked to Kesha again and he or she said I'd 2 pending from Nov. 3 and 5. On Nov. 22, I had been informed I'd 13 programs which were imminent. I quit numerous telephone communications, for Kesha, Shawn Smith, Donald Wilson and Shaina. (I recorded all my calls). I eventually noticed from Mark within the Advertising Dept. On Dec. 22. He explained inspections could be shipped on Dec. 24th or even the 27th. I talked to Samantha on Jan. 7 and he or she stated 2 inspections have been cut - one for $23.16 plus one for $27.43. These 2 inspections I never received. I received 4 inspections on Feb 4 to get a whole of $150. Within their paperwork, it says that inspections will soon be shipped round the 25th of every month. I've not obtained my funds for Feb which is March 7. I can't get one to reply my emails or my telephone calls. The corporation is just a total fraud. Avoid anyone who says they're associated with economic flexibility corp. I'm processing grievances using the Federal Trade Commission and also the Attorneygeneral's office.
