On 12 September 08, I bought a pool table from Pool Tables Immediate, a web-based vendor of pool tables. The sum total price was $2,645.00. This involved $299.00 for 'white-glove shipping' (the desk is shipped inside, uncrated, and all packaging product is delivered away), and $349.00 for installation.
The table was shipped on 24 September 08. Though I taken care of it to become uncrated and so forth, the shippers simply slipped it down. About the 25th I approached Pool Tables Immediate to create preparations for that installation and ask concerning the uncrating. I had been informed by 'Jonathan' that I'd be repaid $85.00 for that imperfect shipping and he'd contact me by having an installment time.
