My experience was a stressful nightmare

Site is "fouled up" & when attempting to purchase extended-sleeved cotton equally fake and normal turtlenecks, the shades available with dimension wouldn't fill & I'd to verify orally what shades I'd be obtaining by calling a telephone CS rep.& Subsequently delivery and monitoring fouled up & attempted to-order in stock products Dec. 3, but because of problems of having correct data, didn't get purchase in until Dec. 7 & must have appeared max in 7 business days (which may currently be merely a week before x mas) nevertheless when I acquired tracking # didn't display products had shipped after I checked third week of Dec. & invested about an hour or so on telephone with one impolite, dismissive CS repetition, looking to get correct data re standing of purchase, ultimately requested to get a boss who offered it in my experience directly that because of glitch order hadn't delivered. She was ethical and apologized but didn't offer any payment for my "trouble" and so I requested to get a $20 credit, which she offered. Purchase eventually came, I believe x mas event but 1 top was incorrect tone of orange. Since that time I've invested hours returning and looking to get a credit for returning this product and obtaining a credit for RMA delivery of one more $8.49 & visit to P.O. Many telephone calls and just today could obtain a credit & 2 weeks after initially attempting to purchase! Additionally, this isn't exactly the same organization which used to become. The "vintage" great quality fine cotton knitted covers isn't any longer & the material is a lot lesser-quality, covers operate brief and "revealing" for dimension (I consider a mediterranean 10-12) & had types delivered were smaller than formerly requested types from the couple of years before that we still have. Therefore, my guidance is prevent the corporation such as the trouble
