Ought a tractor online that was supose to run good. It overheated and died right after i got it home

I purchased a tractor off ebay. The vendor stated the tractor went great without any main problems. I work-in Colorado and also have a little devote Arkansas. I gained the bet of 4250.00. My dad in-law visited choose it up. When he went it off the truck he observed it had been just starting to smoke fairly poor in the blowby pipe. Shortly after it overheated and died. I got there afterwards that night and attempted to begin it. It went for around five minutes and also the same task overheated and died. I named heavyrig 24 hours later many attemps. He (jason Taylor) ultimately delivered my phone later that day. He stated it went good at his place. But might allow it to be right. His sibling arrived to choose it-up that was on 12/29/10. I might the same as my cash back with this Terrible deal, this tractor is just a bit of junk. He never described all which was wrong withit... Simply stated it went good. With no main issues. This tractor requires a total overhaul. I preserved for over 3 years to bet with this tractor. Please aid he's the tractor back I simply want to get my cash back.
