It is a fraud. You receive lots of emails from various ladies calling you beautiful, attractive, they like your photos, etc... Saying they actually want to become familiar with you, requesting to talk. You pay to update (to response you've to pay for) as well as your e-mails should never be delivered. And "coincidentally", you never get any fresh emails from fresh ladies once you update both.
