Permission not given to charge full amount to master card

I visited about the "Test" switch to obtain a film (Cat-People) to look at after I listed with this site. Used to do not press for that prolonged cost of $39.00. I joined my Mastercard range (Fifth Third Bank) and that I got a note the film was "unavailable". However they charged me the entire $39.00 and it appears, from their emails in my experience that they're likely to continue doing it. I can't afford this. I'm a 69 yr. Old grandma raising 4 small grandchildren, on the fixed-income. I attempted to unsubscribe almost instantly! But to date, I actually donot believe it is likely to function. I'd like my cost of $39.00 acknowledged back again to my banking account with no more income in the future out! Please Support!!
