What a waste of my time

I've only invested an hour or so about the Western Union site, attempting to deliver cash abroad to my boy. Excellent site with guarantee of simple online cost using creditcard. I listed as needed and joined the facts of my card. After finishing the prolonged procedure for attempting to deliver £450, a note was shown informing me the restriction is £400. Why it might not inform me that in the beginning of the procedure I don’t understand.
