A cost seemed out-of no-where on my bank record to get a membership to xbox live games after I approached the organization they declare these were unable to find the consideration thru the card # which was billed five after I visited the financial institution t challenge the costs we named the micro-soft billing department again they informed us we'd to create a notice decribing the challenge and deliver it towards the back-office then we aked for an address or fax # to deliver the notice to after providing people more runaround they State they've no fax or tackle so today all I will do is document a police statement.
