Liars. Promises made and not kept. They Kept Insurance refund check Ripoff

Metro promised to pay half my appraisial fee... Never did. Rolled the full appraisial fee into my mortgage. Which i didnt want. I wanted to pay it out of pocket.

I DID NOT want my Flood Ins included in my Mortgage. Now I have to pay Interest on it for the next 30 yrs.
They forced placed Flood Ins. After I had provided them with proof that I already had it.

Now 7 months later. I found out from the Insurance Co. They had sent a refund check to Metro. And I have never recieved it.

This seems to typical of many Mortgage Companies anymore..
