I also paid $62.00 for life account, this program dos'nt work. I'd prefer to get my cash back. I actually donot believe it is reasonable for all of US to cover something which dos'nt work. How can we get our money-back? Any ideas? I'm available to all. Is there anybody available who understands how to proceed about that?
