Cashback misleading and cheating

Each time I applied bing to look, I obtained bingis notice called "You Have gained cashback from Google", that was completely deceive. You need to inform me if the cashback truly functions or not "immediately", not "pending" 2 weeks and state "It's terminated", then I "don't have any opportunity to return the merchandise". This notice and present google is completely cheat and scam. This will not be achieved with a respected large organization &Microsoft! Eval.

I'll report this to particular government office. You'll need not blur your manufacturer "Microsoft" by just a few bucks.

Our cashback for buying in Hp.com was canselled many days before. I suggested but defeated.

It's because your site and hp.com I would like to genuinely believe that I will understand this cash-back to ensure that I made the decision to purchase.
