ShopAtHome.com appears like a fraud. I bought at safeway.com through ShopAtHome by clciking in the correct offer which stated 20$ cashback for purchases of 49$ or even more. I purchase edat safeway.com for a bit more than 49$. I received my requested products aswell. But my shopAtHome.com turns up only 13$ refund cashback amout. Additionally i registered and bought for that very first time through ShopAtHome.com, meaning I have to get my 5$ bonus cashback aswell. But my bill claims 0.00$ signup/reward amount. Furthermore no customerService amount to contact them. Phh!!!
