Unauthorized charges

Upon looking at my bank account, i noticed a charge for 79.90. What is this? I called the number on my statement and they couldnt even tell me what it was. All they said was my money is not refundable and argued with me. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told repeatedly that he was on the phone. She (flora, the woman that i spoke to) kept saying that he would tell me the same thing. NONREFUNDABLE!!! The call lasted me 16min and 47 seconds. I still do not know what this is! I asked for the las vegas # to this company and the woman refused. My call and your call is directed to the phillipines. Why? This is something that i never heard of and have never used. What has the world come to. I cant afford this thing. They didnt have any problem taking my money so why cant i speak to someone at the main company? Signed Lee Myers
