Listings removed and auctions ended over inspired-by designer wording

My auction listings were removed for description of item "Inspired by "designers name". My listing description was copied from my suppliers website. In no way did I try to pass my products as original designer.

Ebay then removed my auction listing and ended auctions that had bids on them. I feel this is discriminatory.
