I wanted I'd have browse the grievances before I requested the "Free" trial-size test. The advertisement stated just for the delivery cost of $1.95 I'd obtain a test trial-size of the item. Fourteen days later my charge card was billed $58.76. On 8-12 I approached them by telephone and asked concerning the extra cost. I had been informed the 14-day test they delivered was the extra cost. I attempted to describe they just delivered a-4 time test and was marketed as "Free". They'd not hear and provided no reimbursement. Exactly what a complete ripoff. Buyer Beware!
