Unauthorized charges

I purchased plants through I800FLOWERS. 1. They delivered the blossoms but did not incorporate a card. 2. After I reported they stated they'd provide me A - 20% discount on my charge card; I obtained 10 PERCENT 3. They approved TLG STAY NICELY to cost 38.99 to my charge card bill. Used to do not approve this cost. I don't wish to fit in with TLG RESIDE.

I'll NEVER again purchase from 1800FLOWERS!!!
