Unauthorized debit from account

There is a fake cost to my charge card of 69.95 for an Internet Job Package from Syn and that I never requested this package. Never received something out of this organization and that I have documented them for scam to my lender Suntrust and place in a scam state therefore the method I am aware it-they may owe the financial institution when the lender breaks my bill. Our bankcard hasbeen plugged and that I WOn't provide my card # again to any online sites except trustworthy Resources companies. I am getting an affadavit from Suntrust Bank from their Scam Department and processing from this organization.
