Ripped Me Off At The ATM Machine

I visited the SunTrust Bank Baby Creek department ATM device to withdraw $300. What I obtained was (11) $20 expenses (1) $5 expenses and (3) $1 expenses to get a whole of $228. I instantly went in to the department to record this. I had been informed there is nothing the financial institution might do since Brinks really providers the ATM device. They did ask me to complete a state type but which was all-they might do.
