I purchased a template from Level Ten and made my payment 2 weeks ago.

I did not get any response since that day and no one even contacted me.

I did not even get the download link.

I did not get any services.

They took my money and they did not give me any services and no money back.

I tried to reach them several times.

I tried to call them.

I submitted a support ticket.

I emailed them.

And there was no response.

This is a complete scam and fraud.
