Sent Used Product, Then Harassed Me With Over 20 Emails

I bought a product from this company for the first (and last) time. They sent me a used product, poorly repackaged with duct tape. I emailed them to let them know (not to return it or get money back). The person at the customer service desk responded furiously, bullying and harassing me with over 20 nasty emails within 3 hours. He or she told me they would post my personal information online and notify all my neighbors of what I had bought. Stay away from this website and company. It was the worst online purchase experience I have had in my entire life. I have proof of those nasty emails if anyone cares to see them.
