Customer Service Threatened Me After I Reported a Used Item

I bought a product from this company for the first time (and last). They sent a used item, poorly repackaged with duct tape. I emailed them to let them know (not to return it or get money back). The guy at the customer service desk was furious. He said my email was sent to the security department for fraud. He also bullied and harassed me with over 20 emails within 3 hours. He told me he would post my personal info online and notify all my neighbors what I had bought. Stay away from this website and company.
