No Answer To HP Printer Error Message Question

As justanswer comes up on the HP web page, asked the question as why I was getting error messages from HP, forwarded to Microsoft. Still getting error messages and got no answer from either justanswer or HP. At least I did not get sucked in to paying HP, but got same answer. NONE.
