They will drop you at the worst time

They provided a decent service for about 8 months. Then suddenly, 2 months before Christmas, their system started to duplicate the products on my website. Went from about 4200 products to over 5700 in a month. New duplicate products at the rate of 100 at a time. Products (new records) uploaded need to be populated with various data to be customer viable, and Google compliant. Needles to say I got caught by surprise, and they would not stop their destructive updates. Destructive because my data was so corrupt, that Google gave me this message: "All your items have been suspended from the destinations and countries listed below. Please see the Data quality section for details"
This 4 weeks before Christmas. Not a good deal for an online retailer.
I hope my business will survive this curve. I should mention that they proposed another selling platform "Big commerce", and additional services to fix the issues. Unfortunately 4 weeks before Christmas is not the right time to do that. But that didn't seem to bother them.
