Groupon not delivering - oralb electric toothbrushes

Bought two products on 19th November and was assured that products would be delivered withing two weeks from order date. Todate have not received products and keep on getting promises that it will be delivered and that someone will call me to resolve - still waiting. Yesterda (20th December) I was offered my money back. The idea was to get the products for Christmas. Sounds like all of these companies offer promises of great bargains only to get everyone's money then offer a refund 6 weeks later... Must be getting a great interest rate deal with the banks - disgusted!
